Why would the philosophy destroy the yagna

Que : Gurudev, it is said that Daksha, in Shiva philosophy, then why would the philosophy destroy the yagna. Please explain.

Sri Sri: Daksha means skill. Someone who is skilled what comes to them is arrogance. 'Am I very skilled.' And when Daksha did not honour the auspiciousness, that is Shiva, the infinity which is Shiva, when Daksha feels 'I know everything, I am skilled.' Then he dishonors the innocence, the beauty, the truth, and the divinity. You know skilled people sometimes they become very arrogant. When you are arrogant you fail to recognise the subtlety the subtle beauty, the subtle reality, the subtle truth. And so, what happens, Shakti, which comes out of skill, gets destroyed by the arrogance of the skill. Then Shiva comes and destroys that (arrogance).
